This paper tape filter is suitable for the filtration of aqueous solution and emulsion.
The coolant filtration and purification process is that the machine coolant flows into the paper belt filter first and the pure coolant is filtered and stored in the water tank. The filtrate is reinjected into the cooling pipe of the machine by the pump.
The paper moving motor is controlled by the liquid level relay. When the water level in the filter reaches a certain height, the liquid level relay sends a signal and the motor starts to realize automatic paper moving. Replace the new filter paper, the liquid level is reduced, and the motor stops working.
Working principle:
The waste water from the machine tool enters the buffer box through the pipe, and the buffer box reduces the direct impact of waste water on the tape. After the sewage passes through the tape, impurities are removed and it enters the tank. Clean coolant is conveyed back to the machine by water pump.
